What are the Core Responsibilities?
Managing performance reviews for 50+ employees
Planning Employee and Family Events
Administering Employee Group Benefits
Processing bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees
Developing a great Company Culture
Developing and Documenting all HR policies
Managing Full Recruiting Cycle (job postings, pre-screens, interviews, job offers)

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
College Diploma in Accounting or Business
HR Diploma or Certificate
HR Designation
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Payroll

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $50-70K plus excellent benefits and perks
