Jeff is the President and co-founder of Innosphere Systems Development Group Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry in a variety of roles, he provides the key leadership required to manage and grow Innosphere. A supporter of Agile, he has participated in and hosted frequent forums on the Agile methodology. He has provided consulting services for large fortune 500 companies as well as numerous start-ups. He has worked in both the US and Canadian markets with a focus of creating quality software from initial concept to market. He has extensive experience with the entire software development process, and understands the need to deliver a product to market that has business value. He excels at moving from the conceptual stage to market within the constraint of the business, and has a proven ability to skillfully manage software development projects.
Chief Operating Officer
Greg facilitates technology staffing solutions for Innosphere clients in both Canada and the US. He provides technology professionals for every business from startup to enterprise-from individual employees to fully-managed remote teams. As COO, he manages daily operations, and as CFO, he manages financial risks.
Greg is a retired software quality assurance process consultant, specializing in accounting, talent management, finance, human resources, management, software quality assurance, requirements analysis, process design, test techniques, project management and business development.
Director OF IT
Eighteen years of hands-on programming and management experience in the IT field provides Erik an understanding of both the technical and interpersonal sides of the industry. Erik’s specialties include InfoSec, Security+ Cert, ASP.NET C# MVC, SQL Database design and architecture. Project Management, B2B/B2C Lead Generation, Team leadership, Customer and Partner relationships, and SEO/PPC.
